My child are style is very hands on. I view myself as an entertainer/play buddy for the children just as I do a superior figure. I adjust very well with different styles that come with each family, whether it be a regimented schedule or more laid back. I am very patient and understanding but I also know that light punishment such as getting things taken away or 2 minute time outs for bad behavior might be necessary. I have never physically scolded a child and I don't plan to. I also believe that positive behavior should be rewarded verbally as well as with praise. I'm very silly and loving. I love children, they are my passion. I've been nannying for almost two years full-time and have always been a baby sitter.
